Do you know a caregiver that left the workforce and is looking to resume their career after an extended break? Northwell's Returnship Program is recruiting for a number of positions that may be a fit to help support them transition back into the workforce.
The program not only provides them with a 16-week internship experience, they also are provided a mentor and peer support while they go through the program. If you know any qualified candidates - please share the link below with them.

Eligibility Requirements
Our program is a paid, 16-week preparedness program for candidates with:
- at least five years of relevant experience in the outlined roles below
- a work gap of at least two years due to caring for a loved one
- the ability to commute to Long Island as some positions could be hybrid and others could be fully in-person
Area of Potential Placement
Roles included in this program are:
- Administrative Support Assistant
- Administrative Support Associates (ASA)
- Associate Patient Account Representatives
- Associate Physician Account Representative
- Human Resource Business Partner
- Medical Assistant
- Registered Nurse (RN)
The typical program hours run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday with all roles having the potential for job placement upon successful completion of the program.
