Once upon a time, in the bustling halls of NSUH's Neuro ICU, two hearts connected amidst the beeps and whispers of a place where life's battles are fought with quiet courage. It was 2005, a year marked not just by the calendar but by the start of a love story between two souls destined to find each other.
 
 He (Oleg Rivkin), a dedicated healthcare professional with a keen eye and a gentle touch, and she (Michelle Rivkin), a beacon of strength and compassion, weaving hope into every encounter. Our paths crossed, not by mere chance, but by the serendipitous design of fate that chose the most unlikely of settings for love to bloom.
 
 Fast forward to 2010, amidst the joy and laughter of friends and family, we sealed our love with a promise, a bond forged not just in the warmth of affection but in the crucible of shared experiences. Our wedding was a celebration, not just of love, but of a journey that began in the heart of a hospital that had given us so much.
 
 As the years unfolded, NSUH became the backdrop for more of life's most precious moments. Three of our four beautiful children first opened their eyes to the world within its walls, each birth a testament to the enduring strength of their love and the remarkable journey that had started in its Neuro ICU.
 
 Though our professional paths eventually led us away from Northwell, closer to the comforts of home in New Jersey, the memories of our time there remain etched in our hearts. The lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the lives touched within those walls are treasures we carry with us, a tapestry of experiences that continue to shape our lives.
