What’s Happening in the World of Research at Northwell Health?

The health system’s Feinstein Institute for Medical Research encompasses more than 500 scientists who focus on advancing science to prevent disease and cure patients. The Elmezzi Graduate School of Molecular Medicine, which is housed in the Feinstein Institute, is a PhD program for physicians who wish to pursue careers in biomedical research.

Bettie SteinbergOn behalf of the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and the Elmezzi Graduate School of Molecular Medicine, we are pleased we have a new way to keep in touch with you, and to provide a way for you to connect with your peers and colleagues. I’m sure that you have seen that the health system has grown to sixteen hospitals. The Feinstein Institute has also expanded these past few years, including a great addition to our building, with more postdocs and Elmezzi students conducting ground-breaking research. It’s an exciting time for us – we have a bright future – and we would like to share it with you from here on out.
